The REDEX Group is a European company based in France and Germany. It has three divisions that are leaders in:

– Machine Drives: high-quality mechanical and mechatronic products for manufacturers of precision machinery (high-performance drives, torque control systems, load cells, etc.).

– Precision Rolling Mills: rolling mills with one or more stands used in industries such as wire and narrow strip, metals, jewellery, watchmaking, electronics, batteries and nuclear.

– Strip Processing Technologies: processing lines for levelling, annealing, coating, skin pass aimed at producers of aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel and copper strips.

The REDEX group counts over 75 engineers and PhDs in its R&D department and is renowned for its innovation. REDEX holds over 40 active patents. It has over 400 employees around the world, six sales offices and three service centres in the USA and China. It has annual sales of $100 million.

The Machine Drives division offers products for machine tools. The range of high-performance products includes linear and rotary rack and pinion drives as well as complete mechatronic machinery subsets, such as spindle and two-speed table drives. The REDEX Group also has a full mechatronic range covering sensors, actuators and tension control.
